historical and cultural heritage can serve the accessibility of facilities for the population in their active use for the deci-
sion of tasks of development of the region and of the individual. Special attention is paid to the analysis of pedagogical
content of historical and cultural heritage in the formation of personality. Integrated use of means of socio-cultural ac-
tivities leads to the establishment of the historical continuity of culture on the basis of national traditions, revival of na-
tional art crafts, development of creative abilities, self-realization. Areas of potential historical and cultural heritage as
Museum education, public youth associations, search, volunteering and volunteerism, tourism and library science are
shown. Some of the most troubled places in these areas are detailed. Personality traits formed under the influence of
historical and cultural heritage and on its social and pedagogical placed in its socially-oriented activity are marked.
