TECHNOLOGY FOR DYNAMIC LEARNING IN THE ASPECT OF INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE

EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF GRADUATE

Abstract.

Peculiarities of using the technology of dynamic education in the context of individualization of

educational process in magistracy are given in the article. The paper contains the features and the instruments of

educational process individualization in Russia, the description of the foundations of the conception of dynamic

education and the main point of workshop, the analysis of the practical experience of implementing a workshop by

master students.

Individualisation of educational process in higher school is understood as a mean of supplying every student

with rights and possibilities to form personal educational aims and objectives by supplying a possibility to choose a type

of an action and gain personal meanings of educational process and personal inquiries connected with educational

process . The result of individualization of educational process in higher school is the development of student

subjectivity, which displays in changes of orientation of personality, in its axiological orientations, in educational

motivation, single-mindedness and independence of a student in educational process in higher school. Further, the

conception, meaning, technologies of dynamic education are undertaken. Workshop is taken as a technology for master

students training. Practical results of the research are the collection of methods and technologies of dynamic education

of master students, which develop their subjectivity. Also the meaning of milestones of workshop “Design as a Mean

of Innovational Changes in Pedagogical Activity” in the course “Scientific Approaches to a Design and Occurrence of

Educational Programs” is represented in preparation of master students of the program “Education and Pedagogical

Sciences” “Pedagog-Researcher (Methodist)”

The given recommendations can be used by lectures in magistracy and postgraduate courses, educational

specialists of additional education of adults, workshop moderators in educational institutions. Judging by the results of

testing the workshops of an educational course in magistracy, analysis of received results, the results of questioning of

the participationals of the process it is concluded that the technology of dynamical education is a mean of

individualization of educational process magistency
