CLASSIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT METHODS INTRAORGANIZATIONAL

CONFLICTS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract.

Presented article is conceptual.

The aim of the article – to develop a classification of management methods intraorganizational conflicts in

university on the basis of a comparative analysis of existing methods of conflict management in the organization.

Lack of scientific papers dedicated to the management problem encountered in the intraorganizational conflicts

in university their destructive effect on intraorganizational process determining the relevance of this study.

The object of research is the personnel management processes, the subject of research are the techniques of

intraorganizational conflict management in university.

The study is based on the application of methods of system and logical analysis.

This article gives an analysis and systematization of scientific publications on the issue of conflict management

in organizations; presents a grouping of organizational conflict management techniques, formulated a definition of

"conflict management techniques in the organization" from the perspective of the author's vision on the process of

intraorganizational conflict management in the university.

According to the authors, scientific approaches to the classification of conflict management in the organization,

discussed in the article, aimed at solving the formed conflict, but not to prevent a possible conflict.

As a result of systematization of conflict management in the organization, the article identifies five groups of

practices (legal, organizational and administrative, economic, social and cultural), among which highlighted types of

intraorganizational conflict management techniques in university, depending on the direction of management process -

the prevention or regulation of conflicts.

Proposed methods of control intraorganizational conflicts in university intended for management decisions both

during the course of the conflict, and to the moment of its occurrence, take into account the specifics of the activities

and characteristics of organizational structure of the university.
