THE PROCESS OF TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS TO WORK IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL

ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract.

Because, what is happening currently in the primary school change, require to prepare educational

personnel who are able to provide social maturation of the adolescent through the organization of its educational and

extracurricular activities, the purpose of this article was to consider the process of training future teachers to work in

modern primary school Identified the stages of preparation of future teacher described the functional role (psychologist,

designer, manager), which he seizes, pedagogical cal conditions necessary for increase of efficiency of process of

training of future teachers. It is proved that the prospective teacher possesses functional roles by means of the solution

of pedagogical tasks the basics-Noah school (see the student in the educational process; to build the education process

with the objectives of the primary school, to establish the interaction with other subjects of educational process; to

create and use educational environment).

The definition of the process of training future teachers to work in modern

primary school, which refers to a process aimed at the formation and development of abilities of future teachers of ovla-

to-do functional roles by means of the solution of pedagogical tasks of the primary school. Presents the results of

experimental work on the organization of process of training future teachers to work in modern primary school, which

included ascertaining, forming and transforming-Suomi stages. The identified criteria and indicators of readiness of

future teachers to work in modern primary school. Transforming the obtained data of the experiment showed that the

greatest changes came in the subjective and cognitive criteria of readiness, improved performance figure personal

criteria. Thus, at the end of the experimental work it is possible to speak about positive dynamics of its results.
