bstract
. The article deals with electronic information and educational environment as one of the requirements
to the conditions of implementation of the undergraduate program: priorities, technological solutions, elements of in-
formation and communication technologies. Particular attention is paid to distance learning as a form of training in
higher educational institutions. It reflected the basic principles of distance learning, the influence of the components on
remote productivity of teachers and improving the effectiveness of training activities. The specificity of teaching dis-
tance learning through Internet technologies.The dependence of the success and the quality of distance education on the
effectiveness of the organization and the methodological quality of the materials used.The question about the organiza-
tion of an effective monitoring system of formation of professional competence of students and the organization of
teacher with student feedback as an important component of the educational process.Comparison of common methods
of control in traditional learning remote control with kinds of
forms.Anoverview of the main types of funds and the
control of knowledge in distance learning. The conditions for the organization of monitoring and objective interim
evaluation of students with the use of electronic means in the framework of distance learning, as well as measures to
ensure the reliability of data carried out by the control in the application of Internet technology. We consider the score-
rating system for assessment and management of students' progress and its implementation in the educational process of
the Siberian Institute of Business and Information Technology. It describes the main forms of control in distance educa-
tion, their opportunities, as well as some features of the application of electronic monitoring. We formulate the problem
in the operation of the automated control of knowledge and skills of students.
