CRITERIA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SYSTEM OF CRIMES AGAINST MILITARY SERVICE
IN DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LEGISLATION: COMPARATIVE-LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract:
The article is devoted to analysis of criteria on which the systems of crimes against military service are
organized in criminal law of Russia and foreign legislation.Article concludes about possibility of the reception of cer-
tain provisions of foreign legislation and perfection the norms about the concept of crimes against the military service in
Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
