The issue raised in the article addresses the questions of how to organize basic chairs of Pedagogical
University in educational establishments within the context of the requirements of National Occupational Standard for
educators. The special conditions of basic chair organization emerge as the basis of student pedagogical training in ac-
cordance with normative base. The author considers one of the major aspects of organizational process - legal grounds
for organizing basic chairs in educational organization.
