IN THE SPHERE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract.
The article discusses the concept of crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, the existing ap-
proaches to the definition of their object. The author comes to the conclusion that the object of crimes in the sphere of
entrepreneurial activity defines only through the construction of the group object and on this basis formulates the object
of the study group of crimes and offers their classification.
