MORE HUMANE CONDITIONS OF DRIVERS' AS A WAY TO REDUCE
THE COST TRANSPORT SERVICES

Abstract.
Work Experience Drivers Russian Northern region organizations takes place in extreme climatic
conditions, under the influence of harmful and dangerous factors of production environment and labor process. One of
the ways to improve working conditions and enhance the economic efficiency of production is the humanization of
working conditions. It should be noted that the achievement of the desired level of humanization of working conditions
will depend on the financial capacity of the organization, the quality of the analysis of working conditions and the right
choice of activities of the company in this area.
The problem of optimal distribution of funds to ensure activities to enhance the humanization of working
conditions of drivers is a difficult but important task to manage the process to ensure a safe and comfortable working
conditions.
Cash businesses are limited, so they must be redistributed between such activities that have the greatest effect on
reducing the risk: accidents and incidents; reduced performance; of injury and the development of occupational
diseases, as well as other kinds of damage to physical and mental health of workers; material damage.
The aim of investments is the need to bring them up to the level of humanization sufficient for normal safe and
comfortable work, values.
But this raises the problem of obtaining specific and accurate predictive results of socio-economic efficiency of
the planned measures aimed at increasing the level of humanization of working conditions. Due to the impossibility of
obtaining such results, it is suggested to use a specific algorithm for the distribution of funds allocated for measures to
improve the level of humanization.
