DIFFERENCES OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROJECT FROM THE CLAS-

SIC PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract.

The article offers to discuss such theoretically and practically significant issue, as building human re-

source management of projects based on project specifics. To do this, the author puts forward and proves the hypothesis

about the existence of differences between classical personnel management of enterprises and management of human

resources of projects. The differences are on purpose of these management systems, the content and methodological

grounds of technology and tools.
