FROM RECESSION TO STABILIZATION

Abstract. This article provides an economic analysis of the development trends of the Russian economy, it clari-
fies its basic guidelines and achieving acceptance for large-scale and coordinated actions for long-term development of
the country. The aim of the article is the systematization of scientific and practical bases of stabilization and growth of
the economy during the crisis. In the paper, the authors emphasize the priorities of economic development and ways to
overcome the negative effects of the recession.
