MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC FINANCES: DEVELOPMENT AND REALIZATION OF STATE PROGRAMS
IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. In article questions of management of public finances by means of application of state programs in the
budgetary process of the Russian Federation are considered. On the basis of a portal of state programs of the Russian
Federation the structure of the budgetary funds allocated for realization of state programs is presented problems in pro-
gram budgeting are opened and actions for improvement of an assessment of the realized state programs are offered.
