TO THE QUESTION OF THE INHERITANCE OF ARMS

Abstract.
In the scientific article deals with the problematic issues of inheritance of different types of weapons
and procedures of their inheritance. The possibility of inheritance of a fighting edged weapons and hunting weapons on
a common basis. Revealed the possibility of inheritance of mechanical sprayers, spray and other devices, lachrymatory
or irritating substances without a license.
